Since 1999,  I have sought the best medium and brand for colors. Because the Audio-visual Transcribing technique requires at least an hour or two in a session and up to 18 hours for myself, I prefer rapid drying paints. Quicker drying paint helps create a continuous flow of creativity to allow the vision fresh in mind to come out quickly and more complete. I use "heavy bodied" paints typically for the larger canvas sizes.
